How much is a home delivery? *If you are a 'local' customer deliveries are FREE on orders over £50 and just £3.50 for orders below that. (N.B. We do ask for minimum orders of £25.00) *If you are a national customer we charge £8.50 (cost to us) for goods to be sent by courier. (see below for more detail) You can find out which you by typing your postcode into the postcode box when you click on the 'register' tab above.
When do I have to place my order by? In order to give you the freshest produce we ask you to give us 48 hours notice so please place your order by: WEDNESDAY at 8.00am for delivery to you on FRIDAY or MONDAY 8.00am for a WEDNESDAY delivery. Do I need to be in? The short answer is no. Unless you want to be of course! Approximately 25% of our customers are out when we deliver, the only thing we would suggest is that you make your return within an hour or two of your selected time slot so as not to let the contents warm up too much, especially in summer. The checkout will prompt you for places to leave and as you will see below we deliver in great boxes.
What do you deliver my shopping in? We loath packaging in general and especially carrier bags, so we deliver in our own unique boxes that are dog, cat and rodent proof. You are welcome to offload them when we are with you so you don't have to store them. Alternatively we are quite happy to leave them with you until your next shop, when we can swap them over.

How do I know what time you will arrive with my delivery? We currently offer 4 delivery slots they are from 09.00-12.00, 12.00-15.00, 15.00-18.00 and 18.00 - 21.00. During the checkout process you can select the most convenient delivery date and time-slot for you. We do understand that you may want to pop out in your chosen slot to pick up children etc, so just let us know in the comments box of the checkout area. How is my shopping transported? If you are a 'local' customer (our website will let you know if you are local or not when you put your postcode in to the 'register' box) we will deliver to you personally in our temperature controlled vans. If you are a 'national' customer we will use our couriers (Businesspost) to despatch to you on a 24 hour service, fresh items are kept that way with the help of polystyrene packaging and cool packs.

Can I order in advance?
Absolutely, we generally display delivery dates up to a month ahead, so you can order in advance. For example you may be away on holiday and require a delivery on your return. We also offer holiday dates (i.e Christmas, Easter etc) well in advance so you can shop well in time and have peace of mind that you have a delivery slot as we can get particularly busy at these times.
