1. The definitions used in the Company’s Terms and Condition shall apply to this privacy policy.

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites linked through the Website. Personal Information which the Buyer chooses to provide to other websites will be subject to the privacy policies of those websites.

3. The Company will not use or disclose the Personal Information of the Buyer unless the Buyer has given permission for such to the Company, except for the following purposes:

3.1 to assess, operate and improve the Website and the services provided through it;

3.2 to keep the Buyer informed about the Company and its services and about the Website;

3.3 if the Company is required to disclose such Personal Information by any applicable law, regulation or legal process;

3.4 to transfer any such Personal Information to other companies within the same group of companies as the Company, subject to the same privacy policy.

4. The Company may also gather anonymous information which may be used by or shared with third parties. This is information which shall not identify the Buyer, but which may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the Website or the services provided through it.
